Friday 5th April
Come and make one of these garden fairy sculptures with us!
This sculpture will be created using a hand building method using stoneware clay. This class is limited to a small number so that everyone may benefit from the tutor’s expert guidance and support – so please grab your space quickly!

This workshop includes tuition and all of the materials and tools you will need to create your work. Also included is 2 x firings in the kiln and any glazes required to complete the project – this will be applied by the tutor. Finished students work will be available to collect approximately 3 x weeks after the date of the workshop from the Meraki Art School, Guildhall Shopping Centre.

Tuesday 9th August
When travelling abroad Steve takes his postcard canvases around with him, creating them as he goes. He then leaves them in the streets for people to find and take home. A different way of bringing art to the streets and interacting with people. He has had messages from all around the world even one from someone who found one in Croatia and took it all the way back home to Brazil! So join Steve and create your very own to take home!

Create some beautiful monoprints using Gelli plates. Select from a variety of natural materials to create beautiful prints to collage with or keep or for journaling. The children will be given lots of ideas and instruction plus plenty of time to experiment and get stuck in!
